This document constitutes the full legal agreement between you and pak68. By registering an account or placing any wager on the pak68 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pak68. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one pak68 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully satisfied as specified in each promotion's terms.
pak68 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast bank transfer.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak68 login credentials. pak68 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your account.
pak68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent behaviour, bonus abuse, or collusion.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing, registering an Account on, or placing any Wager through the pak68 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with pak68's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak68. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pak68 Platform and, if you have registered an Account, request its closure via pak68 support.
To register an Account and use the pak68 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
pak68 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension until verification is complete. Any Account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Each User is permitted to register one (1) Account only on the pak68 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by pak68. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
pak68 may require you to complete KYC verification at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. KYC documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership.
Your pak68 Account is strictly personal. You may not transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise dispose of your Account to any third party. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your Account. Accounts are non-transferable and have no realisable monetary value outside of the pak68 Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak68 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pak68 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your Account.
You agree to notify pak68 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected breach of your Account security. pak68 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
pak68 will never contact you by any channel asking for your password, one-time PIN, or any other security credential. Any such communication purporting to be from pak68 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to pak68 support immediately.
pak68 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, MCB Bank, and Raast instant bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
pak68 complies with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming license. Deposits may be subject to additional scrutiny if they are deemed unusual in amount or frequency. pak68 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation in such circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. pak68 processes standard withdrawal requests within minutes to a few hours of approval, subject to verification requirements.
pak68 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
Systematic exploitation of pak68 bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting strategies using pak68 promotions, coordinated play between multiple Accounts, or the use of any software to distort bonus outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. pak68 will forfeit all balances and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.
All Wagers placed on the pak68 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the Platform and should be reviewed before placing any Wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak68 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action as appropriate:
All content on the pak68 Platform — including but not limited to the pak68 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and all written content — is the intellectual property of pak68 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak68 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any pak68 Platform content without pak68's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak68 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the pak68 Platform, including but not limited to:
pak68's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their pak68 Account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak68 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all Users from within their Account settings, including:

Users may request closure of their pak68 Account at any time by contacting pak68 support. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to pak68 will be returned to the User via their most recently used payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.
pak68 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including where pak68 has grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse, pak68 will forfeit all balances held in the Account.
pak68 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak68 will provide Users with reasonable notice via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the pak68 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak68 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to submit their dispute in writing to pak68 support, allowing pak68 thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond. pak68 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
